Why was camouflage concealment changed?

Camouflage. What happened to the concealment bonuses? After reviewing my garage, +3% remains the same for lights and mediums, while heavies were nerfed to +2%, and TDs were buffed to +4%.

 

And the Triumph camo from the Blitz tourney was nerfed from +4% (now only +2% on my IS3)!

 

Not stoked. Not stoked at all.

It's always been that way. TD's have the best camo and heavies have the worst, so the IS-3 will have only +2% no matter what camo you mount.

Heavies have always been 2%, Mediums and Lights have always been 3%, and TDs have always been 4%.

Well, how about that. I dont know how or why it took me this long to notice these facts. 

 

I thought the super special Blitz tourney Triumph +4% camo mission would become effective on what ever vehicle I completed the mission (in my case the IS3). Kinda lame that isn't the case, but good to know.
