I wasn't a beta tester. I came in this game just in time to see the Hydrostats running around while the bundle was being sold (I remember thinking it was super expensive, I think it was like a $15 bundle). But the people who did beta test the game deserve to keep their rare tanks. You're just spitting in their faces by selling the E4.

At least give them a legendary camouflage that changes the name to "M4A3E4 Beta" or something, like the KV-220 Beta.

Just bought the VK. No way I'm buying this. I've got enough tier 5 premiums anyway.

I agree. This isn't fair to the beta testers. These tanks should remain rare. If you want to get money sell KV-220, t2 light, chi Nu Kai, shinobi, or just make another  tank (not Soviet!).

This is a really big fail from WG. I wasn't too pissed when they introduced that upgrade tanks for gold thing, or even when they re-sold the Type 62, but this is complete B S. The Beta Testers, the very people who helped you test this game to look for flaws and glitches and make sure it was as good a product as it could be, are ones you are severely screwing over here. If it weren't for these guys, would you have even gotten this product onto the App Store, or Steam, or Google Play, or Windows 10?

 

This can't even be a shameless money grab because there are a plethora of other tanks they could have chosen to sell, but they still CHOSE to sell these particular tanks. Bravo, WG. 

 

I just want to know why they'd do this.

Yep I agree with you all on this one.  This tank should've been like a honorary badge for those testing.  Now we can spend money to buy the honorary medal lol.  Stupid bundle anyhow...

While I actually do agree they shouldn't sell the BETA tanks, (Although it's not going to stop me from getting the bundle because I want the Pz IV 80's caddy) does it feel like with all the bugs they put out in every update, we are all actually beta testers?

I remember shooting invisible tanks.

 

I remember more then 7 tanks per side.

I remember credit glitches.

I remember ghost shells...  over and over and over again...

I've always been jealous of those Beta testers and envied them when I would, on rare occasions, see the E4 in game. However much I might want this tank though, I won't be buying the bundle. I love the Sherman's, but I don't think being able to purchase this tank is right.

I don't know anything about the whole beta-testy thing. And if it's true.. I feel for those guys.

But for me.. it's just the price. I just spent $30.00 on tanks last month. I can't keep this up. Wish I could buy them, I'd love to have them. But it's just too much money.

Well today I went back through WG news feed and turns out that the KV-220 was suppost to be sold, right at the same time as the PZ IV hydr, but there was a glitch and it never made it, but I wouldn't be suprized if it is in the BF bundle

Its good to see that others notice how WG screwed the beta testers over. My "rare" E4 is now not rare anymore, I don't get how WG came to a decision like this. Thanks WG.
