In what tank? Poole's is only for Tier 5 and higher. Same with Radley-Walters'.

Pools is also only awarded once per map, so if the enemy also got six kills, they could have gotten the reward.

You're talking about top gun/confederate. As far as I know there isn't a limit on the epic medals IF nothing is specified in the medal description.
E.g. Top gun description
...............This medal can only be awarded once per battle.....
