A Way to Keep Valiant Effort in Check

Wargaming please, I love Valiant Effort but it's now impossible to master tanks, and when somebody does get it they can get it by resetting the base on an almost full cap while doing little to no damage, stealing kills, or even waiting until 3 enemies remain and then start fighting (the most frustrating one to see). Those of us on forums have already been made aware of the fact that you can get more from losing than winning.

 

Here is my my idea which I have been begging for and (whining too will admit) been trying to get added.

 

Remove Valiant Effort from all medals and instead place this medal in the game and add The Courageous Resistance Medal: This medal awards the amount of EXP and and Credits as if in a winning battle instead of adding ludicrous amounts of EXP. To get this medal is not easy hence limiting Valiant Effort because it requires being the Top damage dealer on both team in a loss and keeps games like this from going to waste:

I think (I hope) WG is listening to all of these situations where the Valiant Effort is very obviously broken.

i know it's broken, but if they could just wait until I get a Mastery in my E100 that would be great :trollface:

Lol I know that feeling, I just don't get the same joy out of a mastery because it's so easy to obtain at this point.

Agreed. A new medal should be introduced instead:

If tanks are engaging enemies at ranges exceeding 250/300m, 20% of what the team member doing the damage would earn if he spotted the target himself, divided by the number of team members spotting the target.
