BAD NEWS FROM WARGAMING (screenshot of screen freeze ticket issue)

Greetings everyone,

 

Please look at the screenshot that I put in here, this was the ticket I submitted ablout the common issue of screen freeze ( every 3 seconds, screen stops real quick and resumes) while in battle. WARGAMING said to me in the ticket that they still can't figure out the issue and that IT WONT BE RESOLVED IN THE NEXT 3.4 UPDATE. This is incredible!!!

 

Anyone have something to say about this?! I'm very pissed off right now.

Hey he said he was going to try to get a fix in next update, he even gave you an extra three days premium. No need for a thread, at least I'm not having this issue.

He gave you THREE premium time compensation. People cry and [edited]about not getting 1 day of premium due to Cromwell B credit coefficient bug. Be happy you got that.

Well, hey at least you didn't get a bot answer lol. It seems that WG is working on this problem at the moment and trying to pinpoint the cause of the issue. If they can't find the cause, they can't fix the problem. And since they said it probably won't be fixed by 3.4, it'll be a while.

Honestly, I think it's a player issue, not Wargaming. I play on a Air 2, and no freeze or lag.

This is not lag, this is a bug in the new update that hasnt been fixed.

Based on the video, it seems more to be an annoyance rather than game breaking. Of course I haven't played the game with this issue though.

This is not lag, this is a bug in the new update that hasnt been fixed.

OOOHHH ya I've had that issue before. I've found it was a more individual  player problem than it was a game wide issue. I found it was often caused by either A) using a charger that's not made by Apple, and/or B) you just need to clean your screen and restart your phone. Try that and tell me how it goes.

so lemme get this straight.

 

You're complaining about an issue that seems fairly limited in the scope that its affecting players, you're complaining about said issue as if it's Wargaming's fault (when it very well could be yours), and you think this issue is game-breaking enough that you can get your over-compensation of 3 days premium.

 

Furthermore, the video attached is from one of my dear potato friends, bg2b.  bg2b first notified us of this issue when he was streaming to mobcrush.  While he streams regularly, we believe this to be a result of the iPad's screen resolution, or perhaps its connection.  So if this video is "exactly the issue", then stop streaming to mobcrush.  Poof


I have quit the game for now.  It is no longer what I began playing in 2014, and while change is not inherently bad, it is also not inherently good either.

Lets all submit the same thing and receive free premium. Who cares if it is WG or player based.

Poof what? Look at the other posts, a lot of people are having this issue so sorry no the issue is not coming from my device lol. Also, premium time? Who cares if you can't play the game with this annoying bug.
