Great points Sly! I've heard some other people saying that the mode Supremacy isn't good for tournaments, just FYI. I've also heard from smaller clans that there should be a 2 or a 1 Team per clan limit. (Some of the bigger clans like PRAMO can get multiple teams in the same tourney and rack up a lot of prizes) And bigger prize pools are always welcome! Thanks for hearing us out on this tourney.

Then beat their teams and quit crying. Not like the main PRAMO even made it to the finals.

DOM got out due to the invites too. Seems to me that the short registration time caused some overload. Also the UX for the whole thing needs a good revision. Looking for your team in the pending list is tedious and, after finding it, seeying your name in the list of invites but not existing a button to get added in is frustrating.

Why not openning a waiting list? so any AFK team could be substituted on first round fault by one team from the waiting pool, maybe checking that it has it's required team members online, and prioritizing by registration time and number of members online.

About the level difference between teams, if tournaments are going to be schedulled periodically, it wouldn't be that hard to implement an ELO ranking system, either by team or by clan, and limit the access to higher priced tournaments by that ranking. Edited: maybe combined players rating would be enough for that purpose.

WIth personal commitments being a conflict for a lot of family guys here like me, it might help to increase the team to 10 players.  It helps when you have a bunch of people in a clan who can't commit to the entire window of time because of other stuff going on, so it would give a tad more flexibility of having a person who can play early on and someone else who can play later - as playing for the whole tournament isn't always viable for people...

From an outside standpoint I will say I think the tournament was a hit! People love this kind of thing.

Positives: Engages the community

                  Competitive play that pubs lack

                   Prizes and overall competition

Negatives: Announcement to play window was just way to small for some of us to be able to commit. Possibly a week or two advance would be awesome and allow clans to coordinate their schedules a bit better with their players and players with their time/family life.

Times of play just did not sit well with a lot in our clan. Majority of GRIM and I know some other clans as well have older players who not only need to get kids in bed but their wife tucked in as well before being able to Blitz. Please move the times back a few hours.

Other than that I think this is an awesome idea and should be done weekly to bi-weekly. Possibly adding in structured tiers as well. Maybe two tournaments at 64 teams but a tier 9-10 tournament as well as a tier 7-8 tournament running side by side.

Agree with this...except for the "tucked" part.  Was that moderated? :P

I guess a question for the devs, what are the options for fine-tuning the tourney set up?  You can set by tier, but can you set a minimum WR for entry to one tourney vs another?  Avg dmg? Etc. (Before anyone jumps in with an argument for/against, these are just examples).
Competition is fun, but only if you face opponents you can compete with.  If there's a way to narrow down entry a little more,  you may end up with more participation from clans outside of those "forum" clans.

I'd like to see a spectator position available for the "caller"

Think they need to have a Unicum tournament and a regular player tournament.
