Edit: What do you mean by impact of crew skills? Currently it assumes 100% crew skills, which you can adjust further with provisions and vents. Do you mean including an option to select base crew skills, ie. 50%, 75%, etc?

Yes. We set it up so you could select your crew skill. 50/75/100 to plus the actual benefit of the Level's of crew skill for the camo skill between 1-6. All of these would have an impact on the visibility of a tank whether your spotting distance was 200 or 300. All the values have been factored in as well as bush vs. no bush, firing vs. not firing vs. moving.
