Containers not giving the 1h of Premium

Hello all, I've exchanged 20 containers for 1h of premium account twice and never receive that premium hour.

You get a certificate that you then exchange for the premium time. Also, THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

20 of the cans of the same color (type) will give you a book. You then use that book for premium time.

 

Oh, and the 100 gold is a separate process, in case any of you were wondering.

 

TL;DR you actually have to exchange the certificates for the premium time. It's not automatic.

I'm having same issue. Opened tickets but they are ignoring my tickets literally I have three open. Rep responded to one and provided a log that say WITHOUT PREMIUM yet they say I have gotten my premium time..I pretty ticked off about it
