Guys plz they are still testing it and all you guys know that the russian mediums needed a nerf.
And who said that the pen nerf was going to be a big thing thats just speculation it could be a few mm maybe some more they are still testing it thats the reason why they didn't told us already. And about the british mediums if wargaming sees that they don't work with less pen they won't nerf them. Same goes for the german mediums especially the leopard line. Now heavy tanks can be effective again i mean the t-62 a is harder to pen than the T110E5 in the turrer (that machine gun turret is ridiculous). And as someone else said try not to get hit like every other medium they still didn't change the camo values so you can still be sneaky. I mean the M48A1 patton has the same amount of camo sitting stil as an obj 140 driving (said bushka). At last people said that tank destroyers will become OP, i don't see any proof behind that i mean the mediums didn't lose mobility. And maybe penning tanks will become a problem to some of the mediums but you still have speed and knowledge about weak spots (penning tanks is already much easier because of the red and the gray, they don't have that on PC). So all by all we all knew this was coming eventually, i mean just look at the twister cup maybe 6 obj 140s and some times an IS-7 or a stb-1 for spotting. And i think that the players who hate this update are probably al medium drivers. And if a maus gets to OP well maybe they nerf that tank 2. So we will see how it goes and we know almost nothing about the nerfs so plz don't be mad at wargaming before they do something i just know that the Heavies and tank destroyer players will be happy (you can't make everybody happy thats just the way it is)

umm.. right before bed I had an hour long conversation with a clan mate over things that have changed in the last couple months in general. The credit nerf. Every changey little tweak that has happened has come down to nerfing cred/coef. They have all the data and they always read that data in the direction of players needing more premium ammo.
Well, even if... t10 may well become more balanced. Have to see how that plays out. Many of you who grind 8 to afford 10 will know exactly what I am talking about.
Yes. I am cynical about changes and very suspicious of how they apply to OP developer choices. I should be based on recent events.
I don't go town and I won't go down so WarGaming is just ******* with me when they built a town on a hill.

I knew as soon as we saw all those obj140 in the twister cup that this day was coming.
I applaud it.

So here's a thought. The mediums at tier ten have generally speaking not changed, at all. The t62 is one of the oldest tanks around in blitz. The t62 has ALWAYS had a hard turret, and that was the point. The gun was workable. It's not op, not even close, same with the 140. So what has changed, and quite considerably? THE MAPS. Maps are now "flat" e.g. Open with low hills for cover and peek a boom. THIS is what has changed the "role of mediums". Heavies can't compete as well in those situations. So..WG has failed us all yet again by now fixing the symptom not the problem.
Dear wg, fire your damn map designers and rebalance the topography rather than mess with medium tanks that have no need to be changed.
Also, the maps have become bigger, which favors faster tanks as well. The days of shootouts around the bridge in Falls Creek, Heavy Alley in Middleburg, or the Copperfield ramp are gone for the most part. The more open maps make heavily armored and slower tanks less useful.
Both the Topographie of the newer maps and their increased size have made heavies less useful. FWIW, I don't see the need to nerf some of the British or German medium tanks at all.

Because penetration is more dependent on shell velocity, material, and shape than calibre.

Well, it's the only tier 10 medium that won't be nerf'd. It missed the list.
Today I went to the bathroom and forgot my phone.
