They're still there, but they've changed their criteria in 3.9. It's been reduced to 5 ads a day for 10 gold each and take about 15 minutes, give or take a few, to get them all. For some reason, they only show up on my phone (LG Stylo 2 plus) and not on my iPad.

 

As it stands, the only certain criteria to get these videos for gold is to be F2P. There are now some other unknown factors, but it's likely tied to device used. I've not had enough time to test out different play times on my iPad to see if it still gets them at odd times, but they only show up on my phone.

Ad videos for gold are there ya know. At least on mobile for both me and my brothers accounts.
