I'm leaning more towards the T62A after the medium tank nerf is set. It seems like they both got a pen nerf but from what I've been reading is that. The 140 also got a armour nerf to its hull and turret, while the T62A didnt. 

 

Idk we will wait and see if their is a power creep in tier 10 from this nerf that's on its way but I'm looking forward to it.

IS-7, FV215b, T110E5 will be the new mainstay of tier X with the occasional Maus, replacing the Obj 140, T-62A, and the occasional STB-1

E5 has a decent amount of frontal armor.  The cupola will only become chancier to pen (I found it a 50/50) because of penetration nerfs, and the gun handling is close to medium like and retains high HEAT pen.

Not to mention decent dpm for a heavy (nothing like the 215b but still). GGreat hull down tank, and decent gun depression with decent mobility. E5, 215b and yes the is7 will become meta. I'm not sure how I feel bout this but we'll see
