The purpose of this thread is to inform players about the current issue Customer Support is experiencing handling Steam refund requests.
At this time, Customer Support is unable to offer any refunds of any items/vehicles that have been purchased with Steam Wallet Funds.
The Blitz team has been working with Steam to get this service available and once it becomes available, we will let you all know!
UPDATE: We now have the ability to contact Steam to process refund requests!
Please keep in mind that while Customer Support can assist with your refund request(s), it is not guaranteed whether your refund will be processed or not. This is ultimately decided by Steam and their policies.
