The whole reroll issue could be fixed relatively easily I would think.

 

Assign each used device a specific ID number, locked to that specific device's chipset/ IP address / owner's game account.

 

Something that is a fixed value like MS does with thei Windows 10 system, tied to a specific device.

 

That eleiminates rerolls for the most part, or at least minimizes them.  The user could have multiple devices, but all would be tied to a specific account.

​1) WG does not want to limit rerolls - they make money reselling the same tanks/free XP to the same person.

2) Sometimes multiple users use the same device.

If you reroll do you get to keep your crew xp? If you have 15 or 20,000 battles you have A big advantage over a player with 200 battles.

I rarely see an issue until I lose 12 in a row in my Pershing then win.  That win had 4 purples, me and two 0 dmg.

In all honesty this isn't really an issue and just get better.
