Can we get actual Rule Violations Support?

So, two weeks ago I stumbled on a Nazi sympathizer account, which prompted me to poke around a bit and filing two bulk tickets, which took a while to create based on the screenshots involved, cropping, merging into consolidated images.

 

Both tickets are closed in under an hour ... with the typical bot reply that an investigation was performed and that action has been taken, but privacy applies. 

 

One week later: no change in game

Two weeks later: no change in game

 

So, clearly it was swept under the rug.

Time to enquire ... another bot reply. 

 

 

Yeah, not convinced.

Post like this are childish af . Why would you even waist your time if you already know the answers . Its like this game makes ppl stupid or something smfh?

well its like this: whats the point in even have a support staff if they dont even do their jobs. Ive seen this as being as one of the top problems that have yet to be fixed. I'd bet if Blitz were to die it would be because the garbage they call support

I’ve noticed a strong lack of Spare Parts. Is that intended?

No, it is not. This problem will solve itself with time. Many players have several dozens of vehicles in their Garages, so they don’t have enough Spare Parts for the entire vehicle fleet. But you will gradually collect enough Spare Parts to unlock new slots for purchased tanks in time.

Whether or not you agree that said people should be reported is not relevant to acrisis's point.  The point is, War Gaming's customer service is worthless, unhelpful and doesn't enforce its own rules.

acrisis and others are exposing this as a problem because improvement is desired.  Instead what do we get?  Some "dogface" video that means nothing and doesn't address any real issues in this game.  Shaking my head... :facepalm:

 

But to your point, yes, support tickets are useless and I stopped sending them months ago.

justthink how many useless tickets Wg get because some kid got there fellings hurt over some words on a screen that mean nothing . Its a waist on both partys time. Cause the words on the screen mean nothing

I have reviewed your report here with the Customer Support team and it does look like renames for the accounts in violation were doled out earlier today.  That said, this delay and inconvenience to you (in the form of sending multiple tickets on the same issue) was unacceptable and they will be reviewing those tickets as training opportunities to better respond to this sort of report in the future.

At 47 with multiple combat deployments and LE service domestically, I doubt I fall into the kid bracket. 

 

I for one sinply refuse to accept WG's current customer dissatisfaction.  

We have rules, that need to be enforced for everyone's gaming enjoyment.  

 

Words are powerful symbols to some, while I am not personally affected by some twit, the fact they are stated can influence to weak minded and craven.  What they represent is evil, I've destroyed a lot of evil and will not let us take root here.

  This is the reason why I and many others have zero tolerance for that.  

  I've seen genocidal actions in several countries and believe me it isn't something you ever want repeated. 

 

So no, it's not all tender snowflakes that are annoyed by this.
