OK WG... lots of topics, lots of gripes, etc etc.

"Is game... why you heff be med?" you'll surely all say.  Ok, yeah, is game, am not that med.  But a little perturbed like plenty.

We Blitzers actually LIKE new stuff... when it's new, and something ADDITIONAL to what we had before.  New premium tank to grind?  Grind it up!  Missions for certain camoflages?  Sure!  We'll gladly put in the relatively un-fun effort of a grind to get new things.

Despite the token additions, what you've done here is make us now grind and expend money and effort and time... for something YOU JUST TOOK AWAY.  We had VStab.  We had toolkits.  We had GLD.  Some of us had these things on tanks that have been sitting in our garages for over two years, tanks with more than 2 million XP amassed and countless battlescars and memory.

Come 3.8, these tanks will now be diminished.  Hard.  And it'll be a good two weeks until we can get them back to what they were before, if not more in many cases.  Those crazy people amongst us who liked running optics AND camo nets, like, oh, every freaking military in the world does, will have that option completely obliterated.

You aren't adding anything substantially new, interesting, or compelling.  You are stealing a shirt from our closet, bedazzling it, and are now selling it back to us if we'll only do this one little thing for you, with our time, cash, and efforts.

That's scumbag tactics (no offense to Scumbags).

To Gulag with you all.

I'm waiting to see if juju will pipe up about the second t last line. In any event, well said.

I may have a few too many tanks. I think I was over 150 in garage by last count.

They have shifted from a game economy that encourages players to spend because they enjoy the game, to an economy that puts more and more pressure on the players to pay the longer they play in order to stay competitive. That's why with players are constantly threatening to not spend any more money on this game. That's why people are starting to resist all kinds of changes brought in updates, because we're conditioned to think that everything new is a money grab and that our complaints about the horrendous economy are never going to be addressed.

not to mention the fact that we put in our money (buying prem time and tanks) time and effort into grinding the credits for the the equipment only to tell us we gonna have to give alot more. not to mention the compensation is in no way fair

The CDC and Mutant casinogrinds were dumb, but ignorable... because I didn't have a CDC or Mutant to begin with.

This is like a new grind event that removes a tank from everyone's garage, and they have to work to get it back.

EDIT: I should probably delete this post, lest ideas form in the depths of Belarus...

Basically they nerfed the mediums and the penetrations then putting it back by equipments. Ok

But with the time duration.... just-no and the V Stab nerf and Gun Rammer nerf...

Irony; you get a new tank at a new tier. Everyone in battle with your new tank at a new tier will be maxed out with equipment except you. Then because you purchased a new tank your missions will switch to the new tier of the new tank that really can't be competitive until whenever. And because it's the only tank you own in that new tier.....it was easier to talk about bad mm.

The new equipment system is absolutely ridiculous. Not only do you need the idiotic "Parts" to get better equipment, there's a massive delay between your purchases. But wait - you can pay gold to immediately get to the OP equipment and have an immense advantage over your enemies! Doesn't sound pay-to-win to me. Sigh.

If 3.8 was a restaurant.

About to eat the meal you ordered, a server suddenly rushes over to your table and whisks away your plate of food, explaining that you've been upgraded to the south western buffet. Upon approaching the buffet's 3 stations you are handed back your old plate but with your meal scraped off.

Hungrily, you reach over to serve yourself some chilimac but realize it's locked behind a glass cover.

A server looks to you and says, "Sir, you'll have to pay for one of two starting entrees, and tomorrow you can pay again for the tostadas, or tortillas. On Wednesday we'll open the guacamole or sour cream for you."

"But I've already paid for my dinner," you reply "why do I have to pay again?"

The server chuckles, "oh but this is a grand buffet and much better than what you had before!"

At the second station over an overweight man in a Hawaiian shirt looks over two dishes, "It's finally been six days and I've scrounged enough food scraps to get this far! But I have to choose between surf or turf before I can get to the next entrees. In 3 days."

"Why do I have to wait 1-3 days for each choice?"

The server opens his mouth to respond but passes gas and chuckles instead, then scurries off to the kitchen.

Filled with vigor and excitement, you whip out your phone and give Wargaming Homestyle Buffet 5/5 on Yelp.

Feel the pain of many,

as all have suffered a deathly fate,

a fate it is, as we burn.

Suffering, in pain.

Pain to death.

We make the rules, you don't.

Try, you will perish with the rest.

Complaining about prices? Good riddance.

We make the rules, we make the prices, you shall pay for all of it.

Equipment? Say goodbye to it.

Now enjoy your time here, and suffer with the rest

We're getting hosed. There's no other way to put it. It's not fair to any of us and it's going to be even rougher on the nubs. I shudder to think how much money I've got invested here. Crew skills maxed, 125 tanks at elite status, full load out of provisions, consumables and equipment on every freaking one of them, just shy of a year's worth of premium time, 29 million credits and 35k gold. Somebody ring the cash register up on that.

Now I have to pay for the same [edited] I'vw worked hard since 2014 to attain just because the developer wants more money? I'm supposed to be okay with this? I may have been born at night but it wasn't last night. They must think we're all stupid. I say if I keep playing, they're right. You can't [edited] all over your customers and expect them to keep coming back.

i think it's just that we were the early adopters of the in-game goods pay-to-play model and we thought we were going to be treated fairly.  if any of us knew that with what this game would cost us we could have bought PS4s or whatever without in-game goods surcharges we may have gone a different way.  it's hard to walk away from a sunk investment.  but, it's just bend over -- over and over -- it's not fun anymore.  look at the queue.  no one is playing anymore -- sometimes, the timer just runs out on the queue and you get booted back to the garage without even having the chance to play... this is fun?

game = rekt

it's a loss.  i think we are all in denial.  anger is surfacing.  acceptance is surely around the corner.
