Note we did not include any premium tanks, Dracula is a premium tank. therefore it has a higher credit coefficient. This is solely based on non prem tank avg. Although ur numbers seem accurate its wayyyy too small to be considered, Which is why we used averages of every player in NA, I'm sure players in pramo make more credits simply because they win more

To quote myself:  Granted, most of that came from the credit-printing Dracula, but even the LTTB and SP1C were in the black (+8667 overall).

And I think you've hit the nail on the head: make more credits simply because they win more. i.e., carry harder.

Too much work, take a break

what's the point of living if you're just going to be miserable?

I got up to tier X without spending a penny in multiple lines. Yes my credits were low all the time, but I did do it

I like losing credits. I shoot premium ammo to have negative credits in battle

How did you come up with the credit earning formula? Do you have any statistic data to support it?

I've never spent a dime on the game.

I have 15 tanks & each day I start with my lowest tier tanks (tier 6 ) and work my way up through the tanks/tiers (2 tier 10) until I have all of the X2 bonus achieved.

After that, I play the tanks needed to complete the missions.

Once that's done, I play the tier 6 & 7 tanks to make credits.

I have all my tanks fully equipped and run full provisions. No camo and carry 5 or 6 premium rounds just in case.

Maintain a 56ish% wr overall and it's been 60-63% in the last 30-60-90 days for quite some time.

Spending $$ gives some advantages such as being able to progress through the tank lines faster & doing a little more damage, etc., but you can certainly compete without spending

The formula was taken from panzermk6's thread regarding credit coefficients here: http://forum.wotblit...arnings-for-34/

We tested it ourselves numerous times, and calculated the actual profits vs the expected profits to have a less than 1% error, as High stated in the original post near the top. panzermk6's formula and credit coefficient values are generally accepted as correct and statistically valid.

NOTE: We used Averages from each and every category needed to calculate profits, if you win a lot, you are not the average player.

Thanks Silevern for the answer. Also I suggest you put this note in the original post since reading (carefully) is not a common skill anymore.

Yes it is possible to play without paying. If you can't afford garage slots you should have plenty of time waiting for cool down to take care of shopping, laundry, mowing the lawn, homework if your in school, visiting grandma' and lots of other chores. I don't see the problem, lol.

Again we went off of averages, It is possible but very difficult, For an above average player it should be no problem since they know how to conserve HP, and use less. This results in more credits earned, This is specifically directed to newer players who want to start from nothing

I started at zero battles played and even less skill when I first picked up the game.  There were plenty of times I had to sell tanks to buy ammo for other tanks.  But LOOK AT ME NOW!  Just sayin', it's possible if you're careful about how you spend.

We're not saying it's impossible. We're saying that for the average player it's difficult to the point that they're tempted to pay money to make grinds easier. Keep in mind the population size and playing diversity. Some people might not use full equipment, some people might refuse to fire gold ammo, etc.

It's because you do much better than average players. For average players (48% winrate, green or yellow WN8) They will definitely have trouble of credit grinding after tier 6 if they don't spend or git gud.

IS7 was my 4th tier X I think. After the Patton, E5, Object 140, and maybe the E3

Nice work on the numbers. I'll have to get a more thorough look through those calculations to test my own stats against the averages later.

I may have a few too many tanks. I think I was over 150 in garage by last count.

But I didn't when I started.  I went through the same growing pains, and was forced to improve or go broke.

I mean you can easily play to tier 8, but after that your screwed.

I have a little over 500k credits.

It sucks because you seriously have to limit your exposure to tier 9 and 10.

I'm being forced to play about 10-20 games tier 8 and below to break even playing 1 tier 9-10 match.

It's a majorly frustrating catch 22.

I'm also at the point of seriously considering stop playing this game.

I don't want to play lower tiers anymore unless it's new line to grind.

I have spent a total of $2 on this game, and that was in 2014. My last 10 battles, all tier 7:

Dracula / win / +20371

Dracula / loss / +11743

Dracula / win / +36387

SP1C / loss / -16119

SP1C / win / +5544

Dracula / loss / +14756

Dracula / loss / +9109

LTTB / win / +998

LTTB / win / +2873

LTTB / win / +15371

Net: +101,033 credits.  No premium time, no missions completed, no provisions, some prammo, definitely used consumables and camouflage.  Granted, most of that came from the credit-printing Dracula, but even the LTTB and SP1C were in the black (+8667 overall).  I've posted about this before using T9 tanks as an example.  It is 100% possible to earn credits as a F2P player, unless you're driving the AMX 50 120.  I have purchased every T1-T9 tank tree tank in the game, and a few T10s.  Some I've bought, sold, and bought again.  I am currently sitting on just shy of 30 million credits.

Thats about the coin you might need to break even with a tier x game or two

Surprisingly, I made it to T10 without paying anything. However, I was completely broke by the time I managed to purchase my first T10 and had to purchase a premium tank to regain credits

Wow.  Really?  +1's like you just discovered the wheel???  No crud Einstein.  I don't have 3k games in the T-34-85 because I love the tank (I do) it's because I had to grind credits.  I finally broke down and invested some money for the Dracula and IS-3D.  Credits are hard (very hard) to come by.

Blitz has pay-to-play features.  I've been saying that for years and labeled a heretic.  Credit income and XP are the primary reasons.  This game CAN be played free.  I'm the poster child.  It's very hard though.

Just say 'NO' to Vanity
