Ok, in the future will be not any tourneys at the same day with update release. You're right it will be the best solution.

Why both as bronze league tourney, the reward for yesterday winner is 8 times more than the one which held on Tuesday. We were screwed with the problem of scheduling silver league tourney yesterday and missed out yesterday bronze league. Please explain why.

Thanks for the clarification. Also, Tuesday tourney doesn't give clan cups? It is not showing up in the reward screen

Cups were added to tournament series from Thursday on all realms :)

I have an issue and since I am getting nowhere with a support ticket I will throw it out here.  The automatic complaint system for tournament no shows on tournament teams is not working.  Nobody can give me an answer except to email  WoTBlitz_Tournaments@wargaming.net which will NEVER email you back in the previous eight times I have tried.  Then they want to tell me in the ticket to check my spam or junk mail filter.  I already knew how to do that thank you Einsteins.  No reply has ever come from that address to my inquiries.  They don't care.  But regardless this issue was with the military honor system.  So after closing the ticket immediately twice on me they now say they will send the issue to the devs well thanks for that.  No repercussions at all for tournament no shows got it.  If you want to see this legendarily epic fail from your customer support it is ticket #1101930.  It is a lesson in how to close tickets as quickly as possible without helping a customer at all.

We will answer you as soon as possible. Please answer one question: did you check complaints just after the tournament? Because honor system renewing information with time.

Yes I checked it right after and every day since.  We have a new one with a different player that did not show up for the tournament last night and same thing no complaint registered.  It just doesn't work.  I reopened the ticket since they want to keep closing it and hoping it goes away in 72 hours.  Thanks.

After getting nowhere opening tickets. 

Thursday my clan WKD was in a tournement. There were 8 groups and we were in group 7.
After winning the first two rounds we were set to play a final against LGN. However, neither team was able to play. The tournament locked is out. This is reflected in the results that sow us 0-0 with no winner.
We have been compensated with second place winnings but, on all of our screens there is a blue notification on the home screen directing is to tournements tab. When you go to said tab it has "a tournement is set to begin shortly" with a green button to go to the room. This green button doesn't do anything. Can you remove them so as to not interfere with future tournements. Also. Some clan members were not able to accept the invite to participate

Hello, my clan FL-TH ran two teams in the tier 8 bronze league on the 15th of Aug. I wish to report that the spawn points switched on us last minute before we entered battle. This has happened to us a few times now during tier 10 tournaments and last night happened at tier 8. One of my clan members noticed the spawn point change on screen around 20 seconds before the first battle. This is incredibly frustrating as teams have different plans and tank choices depending on the spawn point. We have lost at least two games because we had terrible tank choices for the spawn point due to the switch happening with second to go. Please can this be fixed? It's a major issue for competitive play. Thanks.

Hi Knopka, sorry for the late reply! The maps we experienced this issue on were Castilla and Canal.

 

There is also another thing I wish to point out that may confuse some clans. If all tournament team members are in the middle area and not yet in their side, the spawn point displayed may be different compared to what they see after moving over to their side. I don't believe this is a bug, just a design flaw that may cause some clans confusion. It would be nice if this too could be changed in further updates.
