Please reopen the registration for today's Tourney. We didn't get the tickets until this morning, and our clan members in West coast is still sleeping when the registration closed. This timing is really bad for the registration to close early in the morning the day after the bronze Tourney.

Low quantity of teams this time were registered (8 at least needed to create a bracket) to Silver series that's why these tournaments were cancelled. Tickets refunded.

Sadly only this timing is available for us to create brackets (

i dont get it. For yesterday's tourney, the registration is closed at 8PM est, but today, when the tourney is just 2 hours earlier, why you need to close the registration early in the morning? If we know the silver tourney will be cancelled, we will be registering the bronze one, but now we can't register for anything.

and of course no one register for the silver tourney tonight, because most of us only got the silver ticket from yesterday's bronze tourney, and the registration for silver tourney close this early in the morning. Good luck with Gold tourney this Sunday, I am pretty sure it will be cancelled as well.

We are doing brackets by Minsk time. Please understand it.

Niora, I'm struggling to understand the logic with times. This is a NA server, why are you running on Minsk time?

Silver tickets were not distrubuted right away, by the time they were most people would be in bed as this tournament was run very late in the evening. This left players to sign up by 8am PST!

My clan are ready to fight - like several others - but were not given sufficient time. How do WG expect enough teams to sign up within such a short time frame??

This is incredibly disappointing for both those registered and those who tried. This means all of these clans are not able to fight in any tournament, effectively punishing them due to poor scheduling. If we knew you were going to cancel the event, we would've signed up for another bronze league. Please consider re-opening and extending the sign up for these tournaments to allow all clans to play as anticipated.

My suggestion for silver tournaments would be to have their registration end a few hours before the bronze (or even the day before). We signed up for the silver but it was cancelled since only 3 teams signed up. We would have signed up for the bronze if we knew it would be csncelled.

We were able to sign up because most of our team had silver tickets from previous tournaments. The ones who didn't we told to get on early this morning. That isn't always possible for most teams.

Because we can not create brackets when in Minsk deep night ) For now we creating brackets manually. In the future we are planning to make this process automatic.

I've created a Silver series for this Saturday. Please of your team would like to participate - register. That's all that I can do for now.

Ok, let's see how many teams will register for a Silver series next week. If problem will still the same - we can change registration time and separate Bronze series from Silver by it.

Do reserves need silver tickets and is it possible to transfer a ticket to another clan member.

Yes, but any team member can put tickets for other players (from 1 ticket to 9).

Can you make these members as reserve players and they will put tickets for other players in the team?

I'm pretty sure a player can only gift a ticket if they hold two or more. Reserve players still need their own ticket from what I can see? We tried to transfer tickets from one player to another and this did not seem possible as the player only held one ticket.

thanks for responding Noira, no they are offline on vacation. You should let teams register even if they dont have enough tickets, these are CLAN battles that clan members are unfairly excluded from.

Registration of teams means participation of all team members in the tournament, it's equal. Ticket is the entry payment.

Hi Niora, how are the teams who get bye in the first round got determined? I thought it was based on WR but seems like it is not. Can you explain?

thanks for the reply.

Another question, yesterday we are in the league, in the first round, we played our reserved players, but our opponent had no show, therefore we won automatically. But this morning, we checked that our reserved players only got the silver tickets, but not other rewards. Is it working as intended?

You're welcome!

Reward quantity depends of how many games were played by player in the tournament. If player played in the team about 1-2 battles - he will receive less rewards then players who played much more.
