yes we played our earlier battle which we recieved the invite for through the tournament notification system.

 

 the Final battle was @ 7:30 PT. No Invite was recieved by any of us who were online at the time of the Last battle.

 

You awarded our opponent a 3-0 victory for a match we were never invited to play. You also awarded them cup points and prizing that we didnt get a chance to compete for.

 

To recap; Last battle of night. No invite to play.

I really hope you aren't trying to make them take those points from us. Did you even realize y'all had another set of matches until I said something to you?

Was your team waiting in the hangar, right? Not in the battles (random or rating)?

I do not know if they were in the hangar, i know we were All online. I know I was not in battle.

 

Are you telling me that the tournament notification system does not work if the player is in battle?

 

Please check your server and the code, no invite was sent and that should be clearly evident on your side.

Yes, if player in the battle - he will not receive the invitation.

No where does it state, the invitation is contingent on the players being in 

the hangar.

 

i can remember having team members in battle and the invites were stilll generated.

 

I don't think heatr should lose the cup points as for they were ready and waiting to battle. This is another mistake on wargamings part i am sure you will discover.

if it is proven a mistake by wargaming then we should get equal points.

Not a problem mate. Reason why I was concerned is that those cups have played a huge role in the ranks as it currently stands

For tier 7-8 tourney, how many of the clans on the leader board will be rewarded?

Let's divide rewards with Wild Card for Twister and rewards for results in the Leaderboard because these are two different natures.

Wild Cards for Twister Qualifiers (I mean Online Finals) - it's actual only for Tier 9-10.

 

Rewards for results in the Leaderboard will be announced a little bit later.

This has been answered in previous threads. TLDR, KBM has some advantages, Mobile has other advantages. Seeing as how the majority of the player base is on a mobile platform and that competitions need to be as even a playing field as possible. They decided to cut out the small number of KBM players. 

 

Niora can you speak about prizing for teams with too cups in tiers 9/10? Our team is in 2nd for cups and we have many red grand finals tickets. Will the qualifier be set up like last year? All online? Offline qualifier?

If you mean prizes for leaderboard - information about it will be announced a little bit later.

Qualifiers for Twister will be online. Very-very soon we will publish regulations for Qualifiers and start dates for every server.

According inspecting the problem we've found that no one from your players have entered the tournament room. Sadly for now we can not say why it happened and looking for more information about the situation. But also we've found a really rare bug which will be fixed on version 4.2. But we are not sure that it literally affected your team. We are still looking for more info that's why for now I have no more information to share with you.
