Who should I talk to if I have questions?

And are any of the staff going to WoWsB?

You can ask the current staff questions. We are still here and will be through the transition.

As far as WoWSB - I can't say.

It is.... I would cease any spending on wot blitz if you have not already. I have held hope the game would recover but I don’t think it’s going too.

Blitz has always been more centrally controled from WG Prime, all the events, specials and what not are identical through the four servers (with minor exceptions).  Whereas on PC, many events, specials can be drastically different, even the update dates are different by a margin of a few weeks.

Then with the recent covfefe with the SirFoch/Chrysler K on PC incident, where EU created the mess, sorted out, only for NA to come in to screw it all up again due to the complete lack of communication between regions.  Which resulted in losing at least 3 CC in the process, including Jingles, and frankly, this sort of stuff up can't be repeated.

The lack of communication between the regions have been an on going issues for ages, they probably decided enough is enough and since Blitz was more centrally organised to begin with, might as well go the whole way.

I hope the new mods will get stuff done. What i find REALLY disturbing is that the EU mods are also leaving.......... what is going on sly?

We are still going to be around as we transition - it will just mean our focus will be split.

There will be more details to come - but this is about all I can say at this point in time.

less focus is hard to imagine. Someone do then math on this: 0/2 = ? Working as intended or maybe this will fix itself in time.

No $$$ until these morons fix the spare parts situation. Bleed them....please. The count is 0 and 1.

So the inmates are running the asylum..... Same as always. I'm getting a bad feeling about all of this. What was the point of introducing new staff just to replace them in short order?

if by "rats" you mean people who played a game so much that they have become bored with it, then yeah.  Otherwise Blitz has stable and perhaps slightly growing numbers of players (no comment on the skill level of that playerbase!) with a pretty solid revenue stream.  The game is acquiring features used by other mobile platforms to meet revenue requirements, and the game's developers - the people who code the game - are still present.  You want to leave - there's the door.  Too bad there's not even a remote contender for an MMO tank game - would love to send all the ingrates somewhere else.

By rats I mean all the mods, not the players. The revenue has decreased since 3.8, it's still good but it isn't increasing. Oh and another thing I am not an ingrate and you can just [edited]in one hand and wish in the other and see which one reaps the best reward.

I have seen this happen before on other games. Meant that the game this happened to was being put ok the backburner. I see no good coming from this, hopefully I am shown otherwise.

Currently First Loser in M48 and Grille

Pretty much.  Blitz is humming along as far as WG is concerned, so now they take our experienced mods and maybe put them on WOWSB for its impending release.  :sceptic:

Sensortower doesn't show stats from a year ago so we can't even see their estimates between now and a year ago.  I would expect that more gold is being bought, so that means more revenue in the long run.  Because the vast majority of the players are mindless nubs they will buy the gold and move things along.  SPs and the new equipment was received positively by the plebs (at least any I talked to in game) so the bulk of their revenue stream remains.  I'd sure like to see what forum users contribute to cash flow vs plebs... how many of us are going to drop cash on WoWSB?  That's another interesting question.

Seems to me that WoWSB is going to have a steeper learning curve than WoTB so I am quite curious to see how many people go for boats instead of tanks, and how successful it will be.  The gameplay looks great; it remains to be seen how it will be accepted once it arrives in NA and elsewhere.

My kid plays WoWS, and I must admit it looks fun; the physics of water, wakes, and sinking ships looks especially cool. Being a mobile/tablet player, I will give the Blitz version of Warships a try when it drops. The YouTube vids of WoWSB on the Asia server (VikkoTheTusken posted one) leave me concerned about battle times that appear shorter than WoTB. Again...we will see. Perhaps we will also see some familiar forum names on the high seas.

Question: will there be a Russian bias on the high seas?
