I've played a good amount of games, but I never try out any turretless TD expect Hetzer Kame and T82. Right now I'm considering Kame since I have a 1.7 star1 in it after 4 games, but I heard the real Hetzer is more fun and more typical as a TD. So what's y'all's opinions?

The normal hetzer is only better if you want the derp gun, otherwise just play the hetzer kame, its the same thing basically
Blitzstars Singnature won’t work so I’ll tell you right now. 30 day 1400ish Average Damage. 64 ish% WR. 48is% survival. 2750is W8. 1800ish W7. 2.15ish K/D. 1.7ish Dmg Ratio.

Hetzer kame is great practice for a td with armor. su-85I, or maybe the t40 is good practice for paper td with a good gun.

The Nashorn is also a good paper TD to practice or an SU 85B if you really feel like you need some stat padding and/or are that unconfident in your paper TD skills.

T 40 would get my vote. Driving it now and having a tier 6 gun down at tier four is a lot of fun.

I would also suggest the Marder II. It is a great TD. The armor is weak so you will definitely learn how to shoot from hiding. The gun is a beauty.

I would say the Angry Connor but I don't think it's for sale anymore.  Good TD, punchy gun, nice camo, and makes boatloads of silver along the way.

If you find that you lose more often then you win it may be time for you to admit that "the team" isn't the problem...

As a sidebar any tips that you have for this the Angry Connor would be much appreciated. I picked it up over St Pats day. I have played it a few times and I decided to park till I watch some game play. But if you have any pointers it would be much appreciated.

Drive backwards to get places, it's much faster in reverse.  Turn around right before you are ready to fight.  Avoid derp guns.  You have a fantastic cannon for your tier.  You can out DPM any same or lower tier tank.  Work on aiming. Very rarely should you have to use APCR.  You should never be on the frontline. Abuse your camo and always have an escape plan.  It's a tricky tank to play especially with how chaotic those tiers can be.  You'll have some matches where you don't do a thing and die quickly due to one silly mistake... But then you'll have matches where the gun just hums and you pile up the damage and kills.  Even the worst game will make money with this tank and a good game will make a lot of money.  Seriously I've had games that net over 100K profit.

Hope that helps.

The SU-76i and SU-100 are useful to develop TD skills for higher tier Russian TDs in the SU-152 line.

Anything TD that's mobile, has useless gun depression, unreliable canons and no armor would work for the SU-100M line.

Russian TDs usually have good armor.. and guns with lotsa punch. But their aiming reticle takes forever to shrink and even if you aim.. they are notorious for sending your round flying off somewhere OTHER then within your shrunken reticle.

Brittish TDs.. have fantastic armor.. and really good reload times. You can easily permatrack other tanks.. rendering them helpless to your team mates fire. But they are really, really, slow.

American TDs... are my favorite line.. a little of everything. (T82, T40, T67, AT 25T, Hellcat, wolverine and jackson are all excellent)

German TDs.. have a lot of low slung, prowlers with laserbeam accurate guns. I LOVE the German TDS for their ability to am and shoot and HIT the target!! Even when you are across the map. (e25, hetzer, stug, Jg Pz. IV.) There are some higher profile German TDS with godlike guns.. but they require some real understanding of camo and how to not be seen to be used effectively

Ohh and finally.. the better you know the map. The better you will do in your TD.

Also.. it's never a pleasant experience to bite into a SlimJim, and discover a toenail.

huhh.. there's another one..

I agree also if you want to practice slow and heavyish armor then I would recommend the valentine AT
