Is the T49 ATM worth it?

Hey forumers!

 

I now have the option to buy the T49A. I do know that it is a limited tank, and my "orders" could be better spent on free XP, gold, spare parts, etc. But from what I have seen watching others play the T49A (Bushka, SK8XTRM, etc), and playing against it, is it worth spending "orders" on that tank? I play on an Android device, by the way, so I can't do that PC Arty mode thing. However, I'd just like to play that tank, give it a run, see how it plays, jump in training rooms with it, etc, etc. So. Should I get the T49A? Or are my hard-earned "orders" put to better use on other rewards?

I play on my phone and it's definetively worth it, you'll still have enough ''Orders'' to get the free XP and the gold, and probably something else. Plus, you'll keep the garage slot after they remove the T49 ATM from your garage.

you dont get to keep it which makes me not buy it as i would rather have the other things that will last, but ive heard its super fun so its a pros and cons thing

Does anyone know what date WG plans to remove the ATM? Is the ATM worth spending spare parts on for equipment? I'm leaning towards "no" currently.

It a heckuva lot of fun, you wouldn't hear so much griping in-game if it weren't. Of course, you do need to put in some effort and time learning to fly the missiles.

 

But personally, I love it!

I suspect Sept 20, when the event officially ends. So quite a long time to play left. No need for equipment though. It has no aim time and no dispersion...

Yes, but please dont, tiers 6-8 are bad enough already

 

On PC, the tank can hit almost any tank it can autoaim at, and yet cannot be hit by people who autoaim at IT

 

Nothing like getting ammoracked by a HE shell coming in through your roof

There are a lot of other tanks I would pick over the T49A if I want to win but it's a ton of fun!

The official event ends on that day but practically no point in seven days from this post so September six the event is over any points you get can only come from the crates

Once you get the tank, it has a timer that counts down from 25 days 

Every American in the game. Bar none. Quite proud of that. 

Bullets have a name on them, grenades are addressed “to whom it may concern”, but artillery only comes in “reply all”.

It's a fun tank. Just have fun with it while you can. There is no worth cuz it's not going to stay with you forever.
