Just in case you're curious... these vehicles have challenges working hills.  The depression is pretty typical, but I've run into problems where the ELEVATION wasn't enough to bring the gun on-target... rather like when driving the WT Pz.4 backwards.

Plan or exploit accordingly

The thing about the AMX 13 is you get an OK 12 degrees of elevation over the front, but it decreases to 7 degrees over the sides and rear, similar to the 15cm on the WT, but not quite as bad

301 tanks in the garage!

Hopefully I'll be ok with this aspect of those tanks because my STRV is the same way, and I LOVE that thing. It's definitely something to get used to, but once you learn to adapt, it doesn't feel unnatural in the slightest.

Noted.  Haven't got the WT4 yet, so the only tank I've ever had a problem with elevation is on one of the Brit AT series - 8 or 15 I think.  It's so rare that when it happens, it's a real wthmoment.  :girl:
