Much of the tank is the same, but decreasing aim time and increasing accuracy has given it a much effective DPM.  not spending time to aim is a big deal ....it means a peak has higher chance of hitting the target. (given that you peaking from pen-able angles)   this buff has made it a really tough choice now between 140 and 62a.   is that 1 extra degree really worth this great gun handling?  discussion shall continue for ages to come.
thumbs up to not making it OP but actually putting time in thinking about this tank.

Same as always, but better.  At least you can target weak spots better to mitigate the terrible AP penetration.

I wouldn't say terrible cap it's a very effective tank
