It might be obvious, but I’m trying to rehab with it and get my stats to good in it, suggested playstyles? And do I always hulldown with it?

Nah, the frontal armour is good against most AP rounds.  They need about 160+ to reliably go through it.  So you can be more aggressive with it.  Hulldown but push in the open if required.

Theres a reason you use the first turret. It has more armor.

Hull down is the best bet, but you can show your upper front armor pretty safely if you are 1) high tier, and 2) no ARLs are lurking nearby.  As with most tanks keep your lower hull hidden.  Also, don't angle your sides more than a tiny bit.  You can also fairly reliably show your upper hull if you are going up a slope relative the enemy.  The already good angle on your hull is increased further.

It is amazingly good with even a bit of angle.  The armor profile is odd in that the upper glacis is much weaker than the lower.  So even if you go hull down be sure you’ve angled to the biggest threat.  You never know when the reds can see a bit of that upper plate under your tomato of a turret.

And it can survive in the open if you have good situational awareness and get your angle set before they pop out and shoot you.  I’ve bounced pretty much everything from Tier VII at one time or another.  I’ve also screwed the pooch and lost half my hit points to a single shot.  Regardless, the first slot you fill with spares is the armor upgrade.  At that point your armor makes a Tiger I look like a Cromwell.

I use weaker turret with the top gun and play very aggressive in it,especially when top tier.

I use the DPM turret. You know, for DPM. Did I mention that DPM is life?
