Unfortunately, I don't think it will be available for purchase anymore.

Blitz fair 2016, reward tank.

I played TDs before it was cool. It was also never cool to begin with.

It was never sold on a bundle. It was available on the 'Blitz Fair' event, you could grind either it or get it for gold.

before the prammo nerf, this thing could sling apcr all day and still print silver.

>>>canine prints have claw marks, yet "mans best friend" camo does not; it would seem then that mans best friend is a cat... probably a leopard.

Now that it’s back....

So far it seems like a fun drive.  The gun is way better than its Tier IV listing would suggest.  And the armor and mobility seem on par with most of the other Tier VI Mediums.  But the question for me is is this a tank that is worth Spare Parts?  Will the equipment upgrades make it really effective or just slightly better?

I converted my small amount of gold and decent amount of free XP to tickets and won the STRV this morning.  So far I'm really enjoying it.  This X5 weekend and all my free XP boosters really paid off.

I got it from the recent blitz fair. It took like 4 battles for me to learn how to use it effectively since I just finished grinding the amx50b line

Horrible tank.  Low DPM (worse since 3.8, since it need prammo to survive), horrible base pen, bad gun depression, not enough mobility.

After more games and completing the Secret Mission (that doesn’t pay off) I’ve got to say that poor, old Steve needs some love. Even with the second row equipped from the recent sale bundle it’s a very mediocre to poor tank. Shell velocity is crap. Gun depression is abysmal. Bloom on firing it awful. The armor mostly won’t. And the mobility is only slightly better than same Tier Heavies.

This thing needs Oscar Goldman.
