Please address my missing Black Friday crates issue

Around 3-4 am eastern standard time today, I had 5200 gold in my account and decided to purchase 17 Black Friday Crates. I purchased one set of 15 crates and 2 single crates for a total price of 4630 gold. I had logged out and logged back in multiple times, yet the 17 crates I purchased still haven't showed up on my account, em707. A few hours later at approximately 9 am, I attempted to purchase one additional crate for 320 gold for a grand total of 18 crates. For some reason, I have only received the 18th crate. Could somebody please place the 17 crates that I had paid for earlier onto my account like they're supposed to be?

zloydd has no access to your ticket, seperate department, separate country and a national holiday in NA

Zloydd and Ribble both have access to the customer service department and relaying player concerns is directly within their wheelhouse,

 

Wargaming does not have NA based customer service, Thanksgiving shouldn't affect their staffing at all.

 

If em707 really is missing his stuff what else do you want him to do, wait 2 weeks for a support ticket to process?

Why do those crates contain boosters/credits, though? That has to be the stupidest part of crates you can only buy with money!

 

I assume everyone here would be happier if the crates themselves we're just a random premium + 1500 gold.

You people could try that on the new year; sell two crate variants, one for low tier premiums (II - IV) for 4.99$, and another for tier V-VIII premiums, for 9.99$.

Make it a small deal, but add a lot of different premiums to it.


I played TDs before it was cool. It was also never cool to begin with.

I sent a pm to Zloydd as well, so I'll be quite frustrated if this issue isn't addressed soon

Theres only one half decent tank there. No, two. The BT-SV and the IS-2.... im not gonna spend over $100 at minimum to maybe, if lucky, get a tank thats worth $20...

Apart from the fact that that is not what staff has told us in the past, told me in person and even said on my most recent replied to tickets.  Different tickets go in different queues. Some are answered in hours, some in days. And RU forum staff stated as recently as this week that they don’t intervene in / handle CS. 

 

... but whatever ...

"What words of mine do you take as 'Not my job so I’m not responsible'? The only responsibility i have in this case is to give your feedback to CS staff. Already done. And you can be sure, that it will be considered very throughly." 

 

Wargaming says a lot of things, many of them contradictory.

I can’t speak for everyone, but I for one may not be here next year. And at this rate with the chance crate sales and events, I’m not sure wargaming will be either.
