In order to provide equal terms of Customer support for each region Exception Policy in vehicle restoration was revised.

 

From now on every player can return only 1 tank/year. For example, if you submit a ticket to get back an accidentally sold vehicle December 1st 2017, you can do it again not earlier than December 1st 2018.

Only premium, event or gift vehicles can be restored. Regular vehicles can be re-purchased in tech tree for credits.


All the other conditions are left with no changes - you can find them in this article. In case of any further changes this post will be updated.

 

Keep in mind that Customer Support Center considers every ticket individually and the Policy adjustments are intended to make all conditions equal for the entire community.

All the changes will be implemented from January 1st  2018. Till that day our Policy remains the same. If anyone of you wants to restore sold vehicles, you have enough time to contact Support Center and get the tanks back.
