It appears all the Tier 9-10 Meds are taking hits in both Dmg and WR since 3.6 (I am basing that on data I have prior and current as it compares to what you posted.

Any chance at relooking at some of the effects from the updates since 3.6?

3.6 and the added 3.8 effect that so many people run their favorite tier X heavy with level 7 equipment ... making any tier ix one grinds like a -2 vehicle. Mediums can't reliable pen their shots ... while the heavies shoot faster, harder, aim better, ...

Centurion 7/1 (in 4.2 / in 4.5)

FV4202 (in 4.2 / in 4.5)

Such leaps in average damage are not acceptable. This is why we had to step in.

Right now Centurion is fine. WR is compensated by damage. Speaking of 4202 alternative gun is the solution. He'll get it in 4.7.

Perhaps take into effect the majority of those players where unicums.

Hey everyone!

We'd like to share our plans for upcoming vehicles changes. So, this is what will happen in near future:

T110E5 will be rebalanced - long-awaited cupola changes are coming.

Lowe should be and will be improved. The details will be revealed later.

Indien-Panzer is one more German to be buffed. Its gun will be more comfortable.

We'll keep refining tier 6 TDs. M36 Jackson, Churchill Gun Carrier and ARL V39 are the next candidates.

Pz.Sfl.IV will become more comfortable.

Feel free to leave comments about upcoming changes. More news to come!

thank you! We apreciate this improve on some tanks.

please keep buffing medium tier 9-10 tanks because they are garbage now and cant kill super obsolete tanks as e100.

While I’m glad to see the armor buff to the Lowe, it will now be the clear superior to the Tiger II. Better gun, better dpm, better turret, better traverse, equal hull armor. The only thing the Tiger will have over it will be slightly better hp/ton and terrain resistances. There really won’t be a reason to drive it besides getting to the next tank. Something should be buffed on the Tiger II to distinguish it. You could start by buffing the 8.8 cm KwK 43 L/71 to match the performance of at least what it is now on the Tiger I. That would give it a bit of a niche and give people a reason to play the thing.

Remember they days when WG claimed with a straight face that premiums were not better than standard tanks and were in some cases worse? Now go look at BlitzStars at the tier VIII heavies and sort by damage per battle. The Lowe is the only premium below other standard tanks. Now they're buffing it to push it up to the top with the other premiums.  A year ago, I posted that WG is trying to make this into "Clash of Tanks" complete with overt P2W features. Looks like we are the proverbial frog getting boiled.

Hey guys!

Here come actual tier 8-10 stats from NA server.

Tier 10

Tier 9

Tier 8

It's time to disclose more further balance adjustments.

First of all we are going to remove some unnecessary modules for several vehicles. We'll start with guns which are not effective, not popular and perform poorly. Complete list of such modules will be revealed later.

Tier 9-10

FV4202 and Centurion 7/1 are getting alternative gun with HESH as premium shells in update 4.7. After that we will track these vehicles stats and performance very attentively just in case subsequent changes are needed.

BatChat 25t's buff is on the way. Shell reload time will be reduced.

Foch 155 and Foch are not getting auto-loader - rangefinder and side armor will be improved instead.

IS-4's assailable points will be strengthened.

Tier 8

Ferdinand will be nerfed due to it's superiority over other tier 8 TD's.

KV-5's radioman turrets will get more armor.

Glacial 112 gun will be equipped with new shells with higher penetration.

Tier 7

Tiger and Tiger P will be nerfed due to excessive previous buff. The rest of tier 7 heavies are under review. After that adjustments for other classes will be considered (for example light tanks efficiency).

Why does it show only 55%-65% players and only 1% of the games? Show the whole server data and games.

TANKS over 1% battles, not players.

55%-65% is the most representative part of our players.

The adjustments to the Tiger and Tiger P really stand out as a potential learning experience.  The fact that a tank that was just buffed is now going to be nerfed reflects poorly on the balancing decisions being made at Blitz HQ.  Do you anticipate making any changes to the process that determines the need to make adjustments to a tank?  Perhaps look at a larger / different sample size or to carry out longer or more in depth testing to ascertain how your potential changes will affect gameplay?
