In War Thunder there is a test tank feature that allows you to test the tank you want to buy, instead of actually going to multi-battle you would just spawn in the area where players that just got the game train on the tutorial, could you please add this feature to Wot blitz, so that i'de know if the tank is [edited]or good, thank you if you read this. (also add the X-ray for the tank because I like to see where my ammo rack is and stuff, but you could only do this to tanks that you bought, thank you.)

These changes in the low tiers your company is proposing are stupid. Instead start with a more comprehensive tutorial. Im terribly dissapointed with your management teams decision making abilities.

 The playerbase for years havebeen discussing the lack of info in the tutorial, and this is the solution? Thumbsdown

Does anyone know when 5.1 is supposed to drop? I’ve seen the news releases but it doesn’t seem to address several issues:
1. Will the removing of stock from vehicles affect all players that have achieved tiers 6-10 and have had them for some time? ( wotb don’t do that...)
2. Talks of (2) separate ques were discussed and a player re roll?
3. Players being set by skill ability if 8k or more players available tier V and higher?
4. Balancing adjustments only reflect Russian / Chinese tanks but word is more will be tampered with yet again?
5. How is quietly telling the noooobs “Open your wallet and buy a tier VI to unlock the whole game” going to fix trashed match making for teams? WOTB has admitted it’s a problem so PETS don’t troll question!
  News isn’t making sense in some aspects. Also I noticed testing was for EU accounts only when researched on google. Blogs are flying game just might finally be dying.

It’s nice that the IS finally gets some love.  It was probably the most OP tank in the game back in the day.  Until they neutered it.  Hopefully this makes it playable again.

The thing about the kpfpz70 is that most the people you’re shooting at don’t really know you have a long reload and after taking the first big shot from you, they’re just backing away.

My thoughts:

E3-fair enough, it was a bit overcooked

 

Kpfw:don't own so...

 

Emil: good buff. positions it could actually use were very few and far between. Good stuff.

 

BP: Finally the worst t7 heavy gets some love. I think this buff is quite irrelevant though bc it's crossing capacity was improved only on soft terrain and dispersion and rof are already good enough. A 7kmph speed buff plus a 50-100 hp engine buff would've been much more effective. 20 kmph just don't cut it.

 

Is: didn't really need a buff. It was just an average t7 heavy.

 

Question for Ribble about the t7 balance changes in general:

Obviously u guys are looking back at t7 this patch and helping out the misfits. How though, does the sp1c still fly under the radar. First it got a massive Nerf a while ago and then t7 heavies got buffed, making it obsolete. It's an he magnet with 10mm of all round armour!! It's nimble but compared to other lts it's quite sluggish. It's autoloader has 3.5s delay meaning u can't play it as an autoloader but as a single shot gun. It's only 2 redeeming features are it's pen and alpha which can be found on many other t7 vehicles. Not to mention it's tiny and is always a ram YOLO target for dastardly dracs. Please help the sp1c.

Sp 1 C is not so bad as you think. Number 3 in WR and number 2 in damage among tier 7 lights. As i said before, we consider to adjust the whole class instead of certain vehicles.

Meh t7 light(excluding bulldog maybe) are not really competitive at all at the moment. It's like comparing diarrhea to solid waste. Just look at light tank performance compared to HT performance at this tier. It seems they are in different leagues. I'd be happy if the whole class was buffed as you said

My thoughts are these:

 

1: Black Prince. Buffing the gun is nice and all, but I don't think you'll find many complaints about the tank relating to the gun. The tank is slow as sin with completely useless armor. It needs either a much faster top speed and traverse, or vastly improved armor.

 

2: T110E3. About time. While the tank was by no means amazing after the buff, and still in my opinion one of the worst TDs in tier 10, I welcome any attempt to thin out the TD spam at tier 10.

 

3: KPZ 70. While the tank was definitely not in league with the E 75, I do feel that the RoF doesn't need to be all that much higher. The last thing we need is another OP heavy tank. 

 

4: Emil. About time. This tank has been the bottom of the barrel for tier 7 TDs since it was first introduced. What surprised me was an armor increase. When a tank's major armor characteristic is that it doesn't have any, it's pretty hard to work with that without completely reworking the way the tank plays. A speed and mobility buff I think would suit the tank a little better.

 

5: IS/IS-2 (1945). Honestly guys? The IS in its current state is very well balanced, but obviously you can't dare let a single IS-# series Russian heavy not be OP. While I don't have huge issues concerning the HP increases, the trademark weakness of IS series tanks is their incredibly poor gun handling. And might I point out that the poor little ugly duckling in the form of the IS-2 has yet to be buffed in any way shape or form.

 

6: SP 1 C. As others have mentioned, the SP 1 C is a painfully bad tank. It has absolutely nothing going for it that isn't out classed by every other light and medium in its tier. "It's top 2 in average damage for tier 7 lights." That's nice and all. But when you make a tank so incredibly bad, it tends to drive average players in the direction of lights such as the LTTB and Bulldog. The mean can't determine exactly which tanks are good and which are not. You have to take the unicum equation into consideration. It's my opinion that everything about the SP 1 C needs to be buffed.
