I personally prefer the single shot. First of all, it has more penetration, which is very important in my book. Second, I do not like having to wait 15 seconds for the clip to load again. It is the perfect time for you to be rushed and killed. And, if you do manage to reload, you won't penning them if it's a heavy!

I went back to the single shot for a while. Then.. went back to the auto loader.

I ....think... that the single shot gun makes it easier get the job done. But I enjoy the autoloader more. I LIKE that I have to play the tank differently.

I try to follow the wise teachings of Mr Miyagi.  "Best defense, no be there."

...don't get hit... don't get hit... don't get hit... OWWW you %$#$!... don't get hit... don't get hit... don't get hit...

I like the auto loader. I’m a big fan of autoloaders and I really enjoy being able to have burst damage. Just make sure you do not overextend yourself in the beginning of match. You cannot afford to get into a brawling match with anyone who has a good rate of fire.

I really prefer the single shot. All the DPM in the world is meaningless if your shells bounce or any of the more mobile lights comes after you during a reload.  If you hang around trying to clip out you’re likely to end up dead.

The point of the game is to win.  The purpose of the game is to have fun.  They are not mutually exclusive.

T37 was Autoloader for me. I can't remember if it got buffed or nerfed at all but I recall it being quite good. Being able to unload a clip and run is nice although with both the guns it seems it doesn't have as much gun Dep as it should be.

As for Bulldog since you will probably have that next I used the single shot. Also I thought it was OP and I haven't played it since the patch it came out in so take my word for it that I know how to play it.

Thanks everyone for the input! As most of you suggested, I got the autoloader, and I must say that I like it! I have to get used to the reload between shells though, because I'm used to 2 seconds instead of 2.5, and I still need to get the crew up to 100%. But so far so good.

I enjoy it more than the AMX 12t because the T37 has much better gun depression and elevation angles, and it doesn't have low ammo capacity so you don't have to fire APCR because you ran out of AP.
