this tank has awful dpm for its tier, not enough armor to sustain itself and not enough mobility to run anyway, the tank needs maybe a 1 second interclip reload instead of the awful 2 seconds, that 4 seconds with a tank without speed or armor infront of a kv 2.... maybe make it faster or give it enough armor to work with... maybe some good turret armor? anything but this tank is underpowered at its tier.... it feels like playing a tier 5 tank at tier 6-7...

It's not for beginners, that's for sure. The pen is decent and the magazine alpha damage is really nice. Run it in a platoon for fun factor. Fail toon in it with a Chi Ri for an added challenge.

It's basically a t6 T69. The tank isn't bad at all, as Spartacus said.

Also, if you think that tank, look at the AMX 12t. EVEN WORSE dpm. The tank isn't bad though. However, it shares many of the same struggles, and so many people love that tank.

Dude, it’s a pretty good tier 6. I find the gun to be very good at its tier. Watch some guides on autoloaders I think that would help. It is indeed a very capable tank.

The tank isn't bad, it's just mediocre.  The pen, DPM, and mobility are slightly on the lower end for tier VI, but the tank is very good in the right hands.  It is very rare, so most new tankers have never seen it in battle, or even knew of its existence.  The armor, while not being the thickest, is nicely sloped in areas and the tracks absorb enough hits, making it a tougher nut to crack then first anticipated.  The 3 shot autoloader can surprise unknowing players, which adds more fun to the tank, in my opinion.  This tank is one of the only ones I have been able to Ras in.

PS it's also super easy to master

think I'm a great good "average" player... I'm still not sure though

A lot of people, myself Included, do very well in the Steve and love it. It's a good tank.

The tank itself is perfectly fine.

you just have to not be a retard in it, if you get deleted by a KV-2 for sitting in front of it that's honestly your own damn fault.

I wouldn't mind if it got the t57 or amx120b treatment :hiding:

Bromwell could use some competition at tier 6

Its a tank i don't have and i want but at the same time i wouldn't mind playing against a beefier version of what it is now. I usually have to problem with them even when they have competent drivers so i'll say its probably meh.

F*** WG am i right?

I'll see what I can do... my channel's on a hiatus. Still, I think after half a bottle of Glenlivet I could pull this off without dying every game.

First of all OP, you must call it Steve to be taken seriously on this forum. Second, three shot autoloaders can be quite scary at tier 6. I find myself trying to stay away from them unless they are on reload. I think it is probably fine if you play it right.
