Hey guys! Been a while since I made a forum post.

Anyways, what are your opinion about the $100 bundle? I have none of the tanks, never spent a penny on the game, but this bundle caught my eye. I love fast mediums and lights, and have been needing a credit grinder that entertains me for a while now. I don’t have too much use for 10,000 gold as of right now, but I’m sure it will come in handy some time.

The 30 days of premium also seems great for me as well.

TLDR; Need credit grinder, never spent a penny, love mediums/lights. Curious if the $100 deal is good. Wouldn’t mind some gold or prem time either, actually I would love it.

If you don't have any of those tanks, it's not a bad deal. Just keep in mind that they might be available for the Chinese New Year event. Someone made a post awhile back with screen shots.

                                                                                                                          Keep it old school.

I don't think it's worth it. I bought the Type 62 for $25, and it came with premium time, the camo, and some gold. The Type 59 was sold for $50, but it came with some gold too. So that's $75 so far, which includes gold along with the tanks. With this bundle, you just get credits. So then the type 64 is about $25.

Personally, i think the type 62 is the only tank you need. The 59 and the 64 are mediocre.

I highly recommend you just buy the 62 if you really want it. Even though I think that even that bundle isn't worth it, being $42 for a t7 light and some credits

Some people say the Type 62 is overpowered. Having >500 battles and a 67% winrate, I may agree. However, none of y'all realize just how uncomfortable it is to sit down on these flimsy plastic seats with "Made in China" emblazoned on them. I mean, my cupholder just broke in half. How the f#%$ am I supposed to fire 250mm pen HEAT shells at the fronts of Tier 8 heavies if I have to be holding my Red Bull in one hand at the same time? It's ridiculous.

It's not a bad deal when you consider the gold, premium time etc.  The problem is that the majority of the tanks have been power creeped and there are better options available.

30 days premium = 2500 Gold. Plus, 10K Gold.

12.5K Gold is about $35 in value (if you buy 34,000 Gold with $95).

Type 59 will not be sold below $30. Let's assume that the fair price is about $35.

Type 62 Dragon was sold recently about $25, though I could be wrong on the exact amount.

If you add it all up, they are about $95 excluding Type 64. And about $88 if you don't care whatsoever about Premium Time. Not a bad deal IMO.

Type 95 is worth 10k gold

Type 62 is worth 5.5k gold

30 days of premium is 2.5k gold

Type 64 has no determined value

Plus the added 10 k gold from bundle

It is only worth it if you don' have any of the tanks. I'd like to see where this 25% savings is coming from?

The Type 64 is tier 6 light so it could be worth around 3 k gold, but then again it could be worth 250 gold like the Kuro and the M60.

Type 62 is the one to have out of the three.   People are on both sides of the fence on the type 59 and the type 64 is a tier 6 so how much would you actually play it.   Plus I’ve heard it’s just meh.  Also.  I’d buy the type 64 if you love lights.  I think gone are the days where you are gonna see reasonably priced premiums anymore.   All the spending at blitz fair auctions has seen to that

As much as I like to Wallet Warrior...

It’s a terrible deal unless all three come with all 9 slots unlocked.

(Then I’d but it and I have the Dragon and 59..).

I want the 64, I’d even pay $30 for it, but given I have the other two, it doesn’t appeal to me without some extra sizzle added

Top gold bundle gives you 34k gold, this package I estimate at 31k gold. So for $10 more you get less worth and somehow still are saving 25%.

if you don't mind spending the money and plan on being in for the long haul then do it. I am a fan of the two original tanks.

I'm just salty coz I can't but the Type 64 outright.

$100 is getting up to the price of PC deals. And as said previously, they may be coming in the Chinese New Year event. I really don't see a point in spending a whole $100 at once for this game, but it is up to you to determine if it is worth it for you.

I read on the eu forums that some people who had one of the tanks got 10k gold to replace the one they had. You can check their forums and I am unsure which tank they had.

Put it this way Seal, the Dragon is my favorite tank to play and I would say that it's worth the money.  It's just a lot of fun and fits my playstyle.  It's not my best tank, but I have the most enjoyment playing it.  So if you don't get the full bundle you might want to consider at least picking up the Dragon if you love lights.

And now it is in the shop for $41.00. :sceptic:  I wish I would have got it earlier.  Maybe I will just wait for the event and see how that goes.

It sounds like WG has raised the price of premium tanks ...  However, unless they have something to them besides credit generation, they don't really stand out besides being unique.  I'd still like to see them generate say more spare parts ...

It's stupid.

the Type 59 cost half or more of the full bundle price when it 1st came out and it was one of the best preferential mm tanks at the time but +/-1 ruinednit and It has since been nerfed and power ceeeped so much that it isn’t worth the 25$ I payed for mine when WG screwed up and offered it for 25$ in the 1st couple of hours of the initial sale. It’s still workable but you have to play your [edited] off or toon to win with it. It isn’t a Mod1, it’s not even close.

I don’t like the type 64, it has weak alpha for a td, no armor and with spotting mechanics being what they are it’s not worth the effort to even run it in a platoon.

The type 62 is the only Chinese premium worth anything but HEAT pretty much sux since the pramo alpha nerf.

The deal is a rip-off. Offering all 3 for a hundred bucks might seem like a deal but I can only see it being an attractive one for a collector. There are premium tanks with a lot better carry ability out there at those tiers. If anyone buys it expecting to win while grinding more credits, they’re going to be disappointed.
