Mentor because it helps you train all the other skills faster.

Camouflage because the best armor is not being seen.

Clutch Braking because bad traverse kills a tank's performance no matter what class it is.

The ones to train last are the ones that rely on chance. Go for the flat boost skills first.

Td skills and anything that does not require weird circumstances to be activated.

I'd say Close Combat Master is #4.

This is what I was thinking, but wanted some third party confirmation.

Camo — for not being blown up

 

Smooth Turret and Ride — for being able to blow up the other guys slightly faster and more accurately.

Sniper, because when active, you have a 100% chance to do damage to moduals when activated. 

 

Camo is a close second.

I picked mentor, clutch brake, smooth turret traverse.

By class I'd say hasty, mentor, repair, clutch brake

Camo I think has been nerfed with limited sniping spots on the new maps, increased view and fast lights imo.

What activates it?
