A little late to the party but, yes. Most of the upper and lower glacis plates are protected by Spaced Armor. If you look at it in Armor Inspector or a Training Room you will note that the areas where the plates connect to the main hull are not spaced because they are in direct physical contact. But those areas are pretty steeply angled and the extra thickness never hurts.
Gawd but I love that tank.
