Lately I have been receiving a lot of interference in the middle of battles via spam calls, Sim refreshes, randomly redirected to the play store and really high ping spikes. Is there anything I can do to put a stop to all of this?

Make sure other apps are not allowed to send you "push" notices - you can find that in your settings.

I’ve noticed a strong lack of Spare Parts. Is that intended?

No, it is not. This problem will solve itself with time. Many players have several dozens of vehicles in their Garages, so they don’t have enough Spare Parts for the entire vehicle fleet. But you will gradually collect enough Spare Parts to unlock new slots for purchased tanks in time.

Also look to see if that device has something like "game mode" or "full screen mode"

I just realized, we don't know what kind of operating system or device you use.

Knowing what OS will help others help you.
