via headphones. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Plug and unplug into the 1/8th inch headphone output. Sometimes, the iPad gets confused.

When you turn turn the volume up/down is “Headphones” displayed under the speaker icon?

Happens w/ my iPad Pro a lot...

Hard reboot of device always fixes the problem.
