First, the Excel copy-n-paste.  At 26%, the Level 3 High-End Consumables 30% bump to consumable use time gives you the best bang for your buck:

Well, for your tier X tanks or any other tank you really want to fully spart out, this helps decide this last bit of equipment.

Depends on whether or not you're using consumables with any form of duration. I only use meds, repairs, and combo kits so my activations are instant use, full CD. The duration modifier is useless to me while the cooldown modifier can be a boon in a carry game. I also have next to no tanks equipped past the vertical stabilizers so any that I do equip past that point, I simply set and forget.

I may have a few too many tanks. I think I was over 150 in garage by last count.

If you run Adrenaline and/or Speed Boost this bit of L3 equip is the bomb.

Yup.  The whole "vstab is thing" dates from a previous equipment system where vstab bump was bigger.

I've started to experiment with some tanks going from 7 - 9 slots.  I think for a lot of tanks the last two slots can be a big deal.

I run a ton of tanks maxed with 9 slots. I use the cool down booster. if I can use my adrenalin 1-2 times more per match then I'm all for it. same with speed boost. more uses = more damage = more wins that's my thinking.

My situation:

I like to run engin boost on my e5 with less cool down time. Reasoning...I want to have my heavium get up and go more often Than have engin boost last little bit longer.

I agree and always equip this slot on all non autoloader tanks.  It's like getting a free permanent cool down booster.  On autoloaders it doesn't matter because they can't use adrenaline.

I don't do many level three equipment slots, but I've also done the math on these.

Although I agree that the continued booster time give the longest active cycles, I've actually gone with the reduced cool down time

I've justified this by the fact that I rarely use adrenaline and get the opportunity to just sit there and pump shots as fast as the reload allows. I find I use it more when I have to have a fast reload to finish off a tank that I've already shot once.

So he usual scenario goes, I get off two shots, then wind up looking for another target while the last half of my adrenaline goes to waste. the faster cool down period allows me to have adrenaline available a second time more quickly should I need it.

I play too aggressively and take too much damage, so the 8th slot (faster repair) is important for me. In tanks with that equipped, I only use a repair kit for tracks if I am taking fire.

I mainly have only tournament tanks with all 9 slots opened up and use the cool down along with a 30% cool down booster which gives me almost double the number of times I can hit adrenaline or module repair etc.

But after seeing this perhaps I will change it up.

exactly! most times I only get 2 shots in anyway so the longer duration is wasted I like to have it available more often

Well, with the removal of spare parts and access to all slots, RT's breakdown of instant vs. duration consumables is more relevant than ever.

This is really useful. I’ll still probably run the reduced cool down because of the greater flexibility- seems worth the cost in availability to me.

I go for faster cycle vs duration. For many tanks that additional amount of adrenaline doesn’t equal an extra shot while the faster cooldown does.

Winrate is meaningless. It’s just a game.
