I'm currently at the AMX 13 75, and managed to pull off atleast a 50%+ wr for the line so far. Fished out a mastery badge in the 12t earlier today. Kind of wish the 13 75 had a 90mm. Anyhow, does the line get better after the 13 75? And is the Bat Chat 25t worth it?
Nobody likes AFK'ers.

It is a tough line to master. but once mastered, it is very fun to play

#4 in the LeKpz 41 (with TwisterCup camo), #6 in the M41 Walker-Bulldog, and #8 in the T37

This is what BlitzStars is reporting, so I might be reading something incorrectly...

It is fun to play but inattention and sloppy play are punished severely.

I am at the AMX 13 90 and while I already have a mastery in it my WR and other stats are horrible.

I found the tier IX to be the real gem. It's exactly the same as the tier X, just a tier lower.

Translation, you only have to see deathstars "sometimes".

I've only played the AMX 13 90 after the 13 75 but I enjoyed it

Amx 13 90 final game mastery, hated it, loving the batchat, just seems more user friendly when it comes to driving and gun handling

I absolutely love the Batchat. Tier 9 is extremely good but in my opinion so is the tier 10. Before the tier 10’s terrain resistance buff the AP was actually faster but now the tier 10 is considerably faster in speed and much better DPM. Nothing quite as fun as unleashing 930 damage on some poor unsuspecting heavy in 6 seconds and then whizzing away and resetting your excellent camo (I think only the 268 stationary has better camo) and then doing the same thing 20ish seconds later. Don’t be afraid to hit at range too; it’s got decent accuracy and great APCR shell velocity (I’d reccomend supercharger over GLD to give you that extra shell velocity and to help punch through ranged targets). Like others said though, hard to master. I believe I currently have a 65ish 30 days WR and 2800 WN8. People will also tell you that the Batchat is poor at dealing damage but in truth I find it quite easy to get high damae games; if you are actively playing and relocating frequently to get shots in, you can get 3 clips, or 2800 damage, in around a minute and more if you stay hidden and alive.

Op batchat is good, and it’s fun.

however if you managed 50% winrate at tier7 expect 40% in tier 10.

this is a terrible number.

not only u can’t do a single mistake, but more simply if they ever see you you are dead.

It requires a very good comprehension of the game and each of its mechanics.

i played 200-400 games of each tanks in the line before feeling confident enough to go to the next,

and I’m still playing the amx-13-75 (@65% 30days winrate ) to practice and improve my batchat gameplay, and my batchat is barely above 50%.

tier 10 is noticeably better than tier9, only tier10 is more difficult environment to play in.

good luck, and remember there is no need to rush.

Amx 13 90 is a disaster but bat chats are fun.

I just started out on the tier 7 amx. I think it'll be decent once it's fully upgraded with max crew and modules. Even now, it's not that bad.:justwait:

Yep. I know the forum consensus is the AP is better but I prefer the slightly better giddyup and reload of the tier X.

The 13-90 is total trash. Same gun as the previous tank with no upgrade available. Everything about that gun is trash against tier 8 heavies and unless your directly behind and e75 you have zero chance of penning . It’s a flaming pos

I couldn't manage to keep the BC 25t over 60% -- but the rest of the line was fairly easy (13 75 only 59.81 actually).

   13 75 I played after the nerf --

12 t I was almost 80% in, I also didn't put parts on anything till 8.

Fun line - but to me the Leo 1 is a better tank than the 25 t

I like the entire line 5-10 it’s an amazing concentrate of fun.

the gameplay is related and a progression throughout, although the tier5 ELC is the most different.

the main progression in my view, is the distance, you need to play further and further away, but I don’t know if other people play it like me.

i liked the second batchat better, just like I liked the second batchat better. They both got better mobility, and better punch.

Im still playing them, long time after the grind is over. That says a lot.

I guess that I play mine in the total opposite way, because that's just what I am used to I guess. You're probably right that it's better to play it further away, but that's not my play style I suppose.:playing:

I play mine as a brawler and am usually first to see action on the team. Probably not the best way to play it, but I find it more fun.:justwait:

Which one ?

and I play batchat this way — which I think is pretty much in the book — I rush and spot, might make a good shot if I have the opportunity at no cost, run away and snipe while my armored team engages them, then find isolated weak tanks and remove them. The goal is to have enough hp for the end game.

I often fail to have enough hp in the end though, and I often engage tanks that are too strong for me too early. My best games are really dealing damage from far, which involves a lot of running and early reloading.

the AMX on the other hand can’t do any damage from far. The gun is just too ugly. They are hit and run vehicles.

I liked all the autoloaders in the line very much, no problems with the 13/90 either.   You really can’t go wrong with the line.  The only thing that you really have to be more concious of than other lights is that the gun depression and elevation numbers are horrible.  It can really mess you up in close quarters when you’re doing a COD and you go up a slight incline and all of a sudden your gun won’t elevate enough to hit.

I just started on the tier 7 a few days ago. I'm just grinding through the line and I think I started out with the tier 5, so those are the 3 that I have so far, tier 5,6,7.:justwait:

Which reminds me that tier 6 and 7 can’t really stop anywhere. The acceleration isn’t so good, especially for the amx12. Run circles if u want but don’t lose momentum .
