If looks determined in game effectiveness, this thing would be a winner. But...Yet another armor challenged TD in a Tier jam packed with 122mm guns? The collector in me is drooling, but the player in me is standing behind him with a half brick in a sock*.
*borrowed the half brick from Rincewind.

Good straight-line speed, ungreat traverse, ungreat camo, decent gun.... so, a tier 8 Grille.

Yeah, but this thing get a fully traversable turret.
Something the grille would kill for to preserve camo better.
(Also, the camping, high-alpha td meta isn't quite as bad in tier 8)

Correct, it’s the bounce-everything-for-no-good-reason-while-driving-at-your-face-brainlessly IS#-spam that’s comparatively worse

No, it is not. This problem will solve itself with time. Many players have several dozens of vehicles in their Garages, so they don’t have enough Spare Parts for the entire vehicle fleet. But you will gradually collect enough Spare Parts to unlock new slots for purchased tanks in time.
