I once sidescraped my Kv2 against a Is2 and bounced all 5 400 alpha shots before I wreaked him on the reload.

Fine motor skills and mental finesse are two important skills to have when playing the KV2. Before pressing battle, I recommend you do fifty push-ups using only your thumbs, master special relativity, and memorize every digit of pi. Otherwise, you might not have the physical and mental strength required to take advantage of the nuanced abilities of the KV2.
Edit: the same principles apply to the 183.

AP will work better than HE on many heavies that you face, Simply carry some, and test over the time. You penetrate the middle plate and boom, they gone, while HE may not work as expected.
Three videos only, but almost 30 minutes, lol:

I don't recommend this suggestion to be honest. I guess it can do more alpha, but you are putting yourself at the risk of rng pen. So some shot will definitely bounce.
Only use AP when there is an object in front of the tank (i.e. tree, bush, fence, etc).
Otherwise use HE
