I am typically sitting at 30, but as of late the ping has been 60-75 and spiking in the 125-150 range more frequently than I'd like.  I've reset modem & router and still am getting high ping and what I perceive is server lag more often than I've been accustomed to.

About 110-140. I do exprience frequent fps drops but that's because I'm playing on a 5 year old S4.

110-120 in Anchorage Alaska, but once my wife gets on her phone it jumps to 300-500, then the game is unplayable.  Highest ping spike was just short of 14,000.

Right now -- hovers around 100.

Before they moved servers to Chicago - it was around 130-140.    I honestly don't think I could tell the difference.

Also - I've no idea if they (WG) are using any type of lag-compensation or not.

Edit:  I've played 50 or so games on the EU server at about 200 ping - and I can say there is a little lag then.

I hate to sound dumb but how are you getting on the EU server.  I have tried a couple of times to see how it is on other servers.  The only one I can get on besides U.S. is South America.  Thanks for any feed back you might give.

Oh and since this topic is about ping.  My ping runs about 40 but at times will go as high as 1100.  When I check speed and ping on my server it is about 15-25 ping while I am experiencing high ping in the game.

Mine varies wildly as well 80 on a weekday non-primetime and can spike to over 200 on weekends, holidays, and around 120 during primetime weekdays.

80 is actually pretty good the lowest I heard of anybody having is 40 so having 80 is not a handicap and is definitely playable when it hits 120 can make it hard to get off accurate shots and spotting is hard because you freeze up with each tank spotted  but if you are angled bouncing shots is doable but at 200 tanks are jumping all over the battlefield and it is really hard to play  effectively.

When it spikes to over 400 mine crashes.

Are you sure about that because to get that good you would have to be sitting on the server :)

100-140 from London.  As long as the packet loss is not bad it seems fine and the slight lag seems to have led to a slightly-better-than-average ability to properly lead shots on moving tanks from across the map but worse results when using auto-aim. Whenever I go to the US for work it takes a day or two to adjust to the much better ping times and impact on aim.

I was wondering if there is a difference in ping on each platform, IE Tablet, Phone, and PC. I have used both my Ipad and then switched to my PC and found a drop. My IPAD ping ranged from 40-80 with spikes much higher. My PC ping ranges from 10-25 with no spikes. Now is the difference cause of a direct connection vs wireless? I do notice a difference in playing just in the fact I can see a lot more of the enemies tank. In fact their tank is sometimes so large it is very easy to range in on mods to damage them. I wish I switched before it was too late to make any of a difference in my WR.

My ping used to be 60. Now it is 150-250 (for the past 1-2 months).

I don't know why it changed that much, my internet has not changed at all.

First - there is no South America server - it is really this same NA server.

To get to a different server you first must log out of this one.  You can find that logout under the main menu.  Then you should be at the login screen - which is usually bypassed, which is why you've not seen it in a long time - that login screen has a drop-down that lets you choose the server you wish to play on.  You could put an account on all the servers if you wish.

Peace-

Boris

I’ve noticed a strong lack of Spare Parts. Is that intended?

No, it is not. This problem will solve itself with time. Many players have several dozens of vehicles in their Garages, so they don’t have enough Spare Parts for the entire vehicle fleet. But you will gradually collect enough Spare Parts to unlock new slots for purchased tanks in time.
